Waupaca County began with employers trying to solve a practical problem: workers needed dependable transportation to jobs, including early and late shifts that traditional rural transportation could not consistently support.
Catch a Ride worked with local employers, economic-development leaders, community partners, and public agencies to create a transportation model that grew beyond workforce access into broader community mobility support.
